Introduction

This smoothie has lots of tasty fruits. You can't even taste the wheat germ or flaxseed meal. This smoothie has lots of tasty fruits. You can't even taste the wheat germ or flaxseed meal.

Ingredients

    3 cups Frozen Strawberries
    1/4 c OJ
    1/4 c 2 % Milk
    1 container Dannon Greek Vanilla Yogurt
    1 1/2 c. Frozen Blackberries
    1/2 c. Frozen Blueberries
    2 T. Sugar
    2. T Wheat Germ
    2 T Flaxseed Meal
    Water as needed (approximately 1 c.)

Directions

Blend in blender adding the frozen fruit a cup at a time. Add liquids as needed.
