Ingredients

    1 C onion chopped, saute in dutch oven. ADD:
    1 C chopped sweet peppers
    1 chopped yellow squash
    1 C diced celery
    1 jar pimiento
    1 T dill seed or fresh dill
    2 chopped cooked chicken breasts
    2 C chicken broth
    2 C half & half

Directions

sweat onions and other vegetables in dutch oven
Add chicken & liquids
salt & pepper to taste
Heat and simmer for 5 minutes

Serve & enjoy!
