Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breasts (shredded)
    2 cups shredded Fiesta Blend Cheese
    1/2 cup Milk (nonfat)
    1/2 cup Fat Free Sour Cream
    1 can Ro*tel Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
    1 can (10 3/4 oz) Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Chicken Soup
    1/2 packet McCormick Mild Taco Seasoning
    12 jumbo Black Olives, (chopped or sliced)
    Nacho Cheese Chips, 12 oz bag

Directions

Prepare chicken (boil or microwave until done) and shred. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except the chips and 1/2 cup of cheese. Crush the chips. Mix the chips in with the other ingredients and press lightly into a greased 13"x9"x2" baking dish. Top with the reserved 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, cover with foil, and bake at 350° for 30 minutes Remove casserole from oven, then remove foil, return casserole to oven for 5 minutes.
