Ingredients

Chopped garlic - 5 cloves
Finely chopped broccoli - 1 cup
Boiled chicken breast, finely chopped - 1lb
Mayo - 1 cup
Dill - 2 Tbsp
Crescent rolls - 1 roll
Sharp cheddar shredded cheese - 1/2 cup
Directions
Mix broccoli, garlic, dill, and mayo.
Place unrolled crescent rolls flat on a baking sheet.
Boil and chop chicken.
Add cooked chicken and shredded cheese to mixture.
Heat from chicken will melt cheese.
Spread mixture onto crescent roll sheet.
Fold cresecent rol to make a large "pocket".
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes until cresent rolls is golden brown.
Enjoy!

How are calories calculated for this recipe without measurements for the ingredients? Cheese is not even listed in there, yet cheese is called for in the directions. I "estimated" measurements, and it came out 500 calories per serving. I'm sure I'm WAY off, so some measurements could help. Thanks! - 4/6/11
