Ingredients

    1 lb ground Turkey,can sliced carrots,1 cup of frozen broccoli,1 onion diced,1 green pepper dice, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinager,3 sprays of I cant belive its not butter spray. and 1 half pk of instant gravy, also you can add other seasonings of your choice. a bag of brown rice

Directions

boil water for your rice as it is cooking ,place ground turkey in skillet with a small amount of water, boil until water becomes low, drain access water to remove any oil, add 1 - 1/4th cup of water to drained ground turkey when water begin to boil add 1 can of sliced carrots to the pan, let simmer,while simmering add 3 sprays of I cant belive its not butter,once all is cooking add broccoli and onion,green pepper, then add vinigar, when everything is cooking together add cool water and half a gravy pack stir together until the mixture becomes thick ,Turn to low as it begins to thicken and cool. while mixture is thickining add brown rice to water let cook 15 min until rice is tender, Then cool and serve.
