Ingredients

    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. rolled oats
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 tbsp ground flax
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk (1%)
    1/3 c. unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 c. mashed banana
    1/2 c. chocolate chips

Directions

Mix dry ingredients; add to wet ingredients. Spoon into muffin pan. Bake at 400* for 18-20 mins.
