Ingredients

    Ground Sirloin 1.5 lbs
    2 cups chopped finely onions
    1-2 zucchini chopped/ diced
    1-2 Tbsp minced garlic
    2 Tbsp wahoo! Chili (tastefully simple) or any chili spices
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can cannelini beans
    2 cups Jacks garden fresh salsa medium

Directions

Saute zucchini and onion, add garlic. Set aside and cook meat and drain. Add everything in large pot along with spices, beans and salsa simmer for 30 min. Can sub beef for ground turkey for an even healthier option and feel free to sneak in even more chopped veggies. (this is just what I had on hand) Great way for kids to get veggies they don't normally eat!
