Directions

Sprinkle your seasonings on the salmon. Coat the skillet with just a little bit of olive oil. Pan sear the salmon on both sides until blackened just right. This is great for a quick on the go dinner. It goes really nice with Uncle Ben's 90 second microwave brown rice and so in bag steamed broccoli.
