Ingredients

    *Bisquick, Gluten Free Baking mix 1/3 cup (40g), .50 cup (remove)
    *Egg (Incredible Egg.org - 1 large egg), 3 serving (remove)
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup (remove)
    Milk, nonfat, .5 cup (remove)
    Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Apples, fresh, 3 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)

Directions

Heat oven to 325ºF. Spray 9x11pan with cooking spray. Place thin slice apples on it. In medium bowl, stir remaining filling ingredients until well blended. Pour over apples. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Store in refrigerator. Cut in 8 pieces
