Ingredients

    6 tablespoons Egg whites (2 eggs)
    1/4 cup chopped red onions
    1/4 cup diced tomato
    2 tablespoons reduced fat feta cheese
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into a small frying pan that has been coated with vegetable cooking spray. Cook over medium low heat until eggs are cooked through.
