Introduction

Ingredients

10 ozs or 1.25 cups fresh strawberries (halved)
4 ozs green seedless grapes (washed and dried)
4 ozs Ataulfo Mango (cubed)
4 ozs Tommy Atkins Mango (cubed)
4 ozs Fresh cut pineapple
2 ozs or 2 small fresh Mandarin Oranges (peeled and segmented) (2 small yields about 2 ozs)
1 tbsp pure clove Honey
2 ozs fresh squeezed tangerine juice (1 small medium size)
1 tbsp cream of coconut
Directions
In medium size bowl combine all fresh fruit
In small bowl add honey, fresh squeezed juice and cream of coconut, mix well
Pour honey mixture over fresh fruit and toss......refrigerate for 30 minutes and serve.
