Introduction

Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground meat of your choice ( I used chicken)
    2 15oz cans pinto beans
    2 15oz cans kidney beans
    1/2 diced celery
    1 cup diced onion
    1 15oz can whole peed tomatoes
    1 29oz can tomato puree
    1/4 cup diced green pepper (you can use more if you like, that was just all I had on hand.)
    2 cups water
    2 tsp cumin
    3 tsp chili powder (I used 1 tsp for a milder flavor)
    2 tsp salt

Directions

Brown Ground chicken in a skillet until cooked through.
Spray the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
Add chicken and all other ingredients to slow cooker and stir until well mixed. (Be sure to rinse and drain beans well.)
Cook on low for 4 hours or high for 2 hours.
Ladle into bowls and enjoy!
