Ingredients

    1/2 cup I can't believe it's not butter
    1/4 cup granulated sugar
    1.5 cups crushed graham crackers
8 oz cool whip, lite thawed
    3 oz cream cheese, softened
    1/2 cup peanut butter, creamy
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup chocolate

Directions

Melt the I can't believe it's not butter, add crushed graham crackers and sugar. Mix and press into the bottom of a 9 in pie crust. (You can buy a graham cracker crust already made if you wish)

Mix the peanut butter, cream cheese, and vanilla together until creamy. Fold in the cool whip, and add the milk gradually. Set aside 1 cup of this mixture.

Spread the remaining mixture into the pie crust.

Melt the chocolate and add the 1 cup of peanut butter mixture.

Drop by tablespoonfuls onto the pie, and swirl with a knife to create a marble effect.

Place in freezer for 4 hours or until firm. Take out a few minutes before serving.
