    1 Can Eden Organic Black Soy Beans
    1 Can RO*TEL Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    1/2 Cup Onions, chopped
    1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder

Directions

Spray pan w/olive oil spray. Cook onions over medium heat for several minutes. Add beans, tomatoes, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
