also, this can be made with regullare flour if you don't want GF--simply switch to all-purpose-flour and increase the 4 eggs to 6 eggs.

Ingredients

    1/2 Stick Butter, salted
    3 Apples


    4 large eggs
    Milk, 2%, .75 cup
    Rice flour, white, .75 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 6 tsp
    Vanilla Extract, 2 tsp
    Salt, .5 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tbsp

Directions

peal and slice apples (i always leave one un-pealed for texture), line bottom of 9X13inch glass pan. cut butter into small pats and lay on top apples dispersed evenly. put in oven till butter sizzles.

while apples and butter are in oven, mix in blender eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt, spices. pour mixture over hot apples and bake until puffed and golden brown (about 25 minutes)

    This was good, but because it didn't say what temp to bake it at, I guesssed 350. It was a smidge dry so I'm not sure what I would do to fix it. - 4/22/12
