Ingredients

1 10 oz package frozen chopped spinach
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 eggs beaten
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp butter
Directions
Cook the spinach and drain really good.
Add cottage cheese, eggs, and any seasonings you may wish ( I added dried oregano)
Place into an 8" inch pie pan
Sprinkle with grated cheese and dot with butter
Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
