Ingredients

    1 can (796ml or 28 fl oz) unico diced tomatoes (about 3.5 cups)
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped celery
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

Place chopped onion, celery and peppers in a glass bowl. Microwave about 1 1/2 minutes until tender crisp. Add in tomatoes and black pepper. Stir to combine. Chilli and serve.

Nice change ups: hot sauce, fresh herbs, McCormicks Salad Herb Seasoning, corn and black beans.

    Made with garden grown, frozen tomatoes this recipe is delicious. It is much better than I would have expected given its simplicity. - 2/1/15
