Introduction

Delicious salmon! Serve over brown rice and add soy sause...amazing! Delicious salmon! Serve over brown rice and add soy sause...amazing!

Ingredients

    1 can pink salmon (bones and skin removed)
    2 T shredded onion
    1 T parsley
    8 T grape nuts cereal (divided)
    2T Oil
    1/4 C Flour
    1/4 C Milk
    1 C Chicken Broth

Directions

Drain salmon and take off skin and take out bones. Mush in a bowl. Add onion, parsley, and 4 T of grapenuts.
In a pan, warm oil and add flour. When it begins bubbling, add milk and chicken broth slowly making a white sause. When sause is thick, add to salmon mixture. Mix all ingrediants well, put in a casserole dish sprayed with oo. Cook at 350 for 15 min. (I put it on top of brown rice with soy sause)
