Ingredients

    1/2 Cup of rolled oats
    1/4 Cup of oat Bran
    1 rounded scoop of vanilla protein powder
    6 egg whites
    2 tablespoons of unsweetened apple sauce
    Agave nectar to taste
    1/4 tsp salt
    pinch of cinnamon
    1/4 cup of walnuts

    Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until just blended
    pour into a greased square baking pan

Directions

Cook for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 350 degrees. Let cool and then cut into 12 pieces.
