Introduction

Easy to make and quick to heat up. I created this when looking for a healthy fast meal with virtually no prep. Easy to make and quick to heat up. I created this when looking for a healthy fast meal with virtually no prep.

Ingredients

    1 C Green beans (frozen)
    2 C Fresh baby spinach
    14.5 oz Bean sprouts
    4 oz canned shrimp
    7oz imitation crab meat
    4 oz fresh mushrooms
    Garlic
    1 Onion (chopped)
    olive oil
    1tbs soy sauce
    2 tbs terayaki sauce (i used world harbor maui mountain)

Directions

Heat pan- add olive oil. Stir fry onion, garlic and mushrooms. Add frozen green beans, bean sprouts. When heated (or no longer frozen) add crab meat and canned shrimp. Add Soy sauce and teriyaki sauce let simmer for five minutes- when everything is hot add spinach and cover pan let simmer for a few minutes more till spinach is cooked. I enjoy hot pepper flakes and parmesean cheese sprinkled on mine- but thats optional.
