Ingredients

I highly recommend using primarily organic ingredients...it just gives a better flavor.

    1 lb 93/7 Ground Beef
    1/2 Jar of Marinara Sauce
    1 can Tomato Paste
1.5 cups of Red Kidney Beans (soaked overnight to soften)
1/2 Large Red Onion coarsely chopped
2 + Garlic cloves finely chopped (let sit for 10 min to active enzymes)
    1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
3 cups Filtered Water (add more or less as preferred)
    1 tbsp Cumin
    1 tbsp Turmeric
    1 tbsp Oregano
    2 tbsp Dried Onion Flakes
    1 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tbsp Dried Cilantro (Fresh would be even better!)
1 tsp Cayenne Powder (optional, to taste)
1 tsp Salt (optional, to taste)
1 tbsp flour (optional, to thicken sauce after cooking)

Directions

Combine all ingredients, except flour, in Crockpot.

Cook on low for 8 - 10 hours.

Stir in flour in the last 15 minutes to thicken sauce if needed.

Seasonings can be adjusted easily for preference. I don't usually measure anything, instead I taste at the end and adjust flavor accordingly.
