Introduction

This was super easy to make, cheap, and jam packed full of nutrients! This was super easy to make, cheap, and jam packed full of nutrients!

Ingredients

    1 Can Black Beans

    1 Can Vegetarian Vegetable Broth

    1 Can Tomatoes w/Diced Green Chilis Medium

    1/2 Can Canned Corn

    4 Stalks Fresh Green Onions

    1 oz Fresh Cilantro (or to taste)

Directions

Dice green onions to a size of your liking

Chop cilantro into semi-fine pieces

Pour the vegetable broth, tomatoes and green chilies, corn and black beans into a pot and set to medium high heat, bring to a medium boil.

Add the cilantro and green onions in the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Serve and ENJOY!!
