Ingredients

    1/2 cup canned crushed pineapple - reserve 1/2 cup pineapple juice
    1/4 cup agave nectar
    1 1/2 cup rice bran
    2 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup dried blueberries
    1 egg
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    1/4 cup oil
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 cup brown rice flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 med. apple - grated (or could use carrot)


Directions

Bake at 400 until toothpick inserted is clean.
