Ingredients

    3 1/2 c. old fasioned oats
    1/2 c. powdered milk
    1 c. eat beaters
    1 1/2 c. grated zuccini (1 small)
    1/2 c. sugar free syrup
    2 Tbsp mini chocolate chips
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
    2 scoops (66 grams) whey protein (optional)
    1/4 c. Extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Mix all ingredients. Pour in a 9 x 12 pan sprayed with Pam. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Probably best to refridgerate or freeze to store.
