Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    2 cups cooked brown rice
    2 cups (1 can) fat free refried beans
    2 cups Salsa
    2.5 Cups Reduced Fat Cheese
    10 Buena Vida Fat Free Flour torillas
    10 Tbsp Fat Free Sour Cream
    10 Tbsp Black Olives
    1 medium onion
    1 Chi chis taco seasoning packet

Directions

Chop onions and place in frying pan
Add ground beef and brown until cooked
Add taco seasoning (as directed)
Add refried beans, rice and 1 cup salsa and heat
Place 1/10th of mixture in each tortilla shell, sprinkle with cheese, wrap and place in 9x13 baking dish.
Pour remaining salsa over each burrito
Bake at 350 for 25-30 or until shells are crisp.
Serve with 1 tbsp sour cream and 1 tbsp black olives.
