Ingredients

    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Cottage Cheese, 2% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed)
    Cream Cheese, 1 cup
    Sour Cream, reduced fat, .25 cup
    *No Yolk Broad Noodles, 4 cup
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 2 oz
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz

Directions

In large skillet, brown meat. Add onion and saute for 3-4 minutes. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and garlic. Meanwhile, cook noodles.

In food processor, combine cottage cheese, cream cheese, and sour cream.

Spread 1/2 noodles in 11x7 pan. Top with 1/2 meat sauce, then cheese mixture. Add remaining noodles and then sauce. Top with parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
