Preparation time: 20 mins
Yield: 10 servings
1 cup Almonds-Whole
1 cup Pecan Halves
1/3 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats-Dry
2 Tbsp. Honey
1/2 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
1 cup Ocean Spray Craisins
1 cup Dried Apricots
Directions
A ready-made power snack is an effective one: It gives you something to reach for when you’re hungry, and it gives you good ingredients without guilt. Make this trail mix on the weekend, then keep stashes on hand at work and at home.
Preheat oven to 350º F Degrees. Place nuts and oats in a bowl and spray evenly with cooking spray. Drizzle with half the amount of honey and add cinnamon, stirring to coat. Spread nuts evenly on a pan and toast for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once they've cooled, stir in the second half of honey and mix in dried fruit. Divide into 1/4 cup servings and place each into a zip-top bag.
