Ingredients

    1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
    1 15 oz can black beans, drained and rinses
    12-oz package frozen corn, thawed
    1/2 cup lime juice
    1 T olive oil
    2 scallions, chopped
    1 1/2 t cumin
    1/2 t garlic powder
    salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
