Introduction

Very tasty jam that is easy to make and no canning required! Very tasty jam that is easy to make and no canning required!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 cups finely mashed or pureed fresh strawberries
    4 cups sugar or splenda
    1 package powdered pectin
    1 cup water
    2 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions

Combine berries, lemon juice and sugar. Let stand 20 minutes stirring occassionally. Stir pectin into water and boil rapidly 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Pour into jars or plastic freezer containers. Cover and let stand at room temperature 24 to 48 hours or until jellied. Freeze and enjoy!!
