Introduction
I like to make this ahead of time so all I have to do is throw it in the oven. It's a family favorite! I like to make this ahead of time so all I have to do is throw it in the oven. It's a family favorite!Number of Servings: 6
Ingredients

4 cups whole wheat pasta
2 cups spaghetti sauce
small can of mushrooms or 1/2 cup fresh sliced
1- 16oz package of ground turkey
1 1/3 cup shredded cheese, mozzarella or cheddar
1 tbs italian seasoning
1 tbs minced garlic
Directions
pre heat the oven to 350 degrees
cook the past and rinse
brown the turkey adding seasoning and garlic. Then add the mushrooms.
mix the pasta, sauce, and turkey together in a 9x13 glass pan( spray it with no fat cooking spray)
sprinkle the cheese evenly over the pasta.
I add a little of the italian seasoning on top too.
Bake in the oven for 20 min.
Serving Size: divide into 6 portions and serve
