Ingredients

    1 lb. ground venison
    2 tsp. horseradish sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcheshire sauce
    1 small onion, minced
    1/4 cup evaporated milk, fat free
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. yellow mustard
    3 Tbl. ketchup
    1/2 cup bread crumbs


Directions

Combine all ingredients, shape into patties.

Broil about 6 inches from broiler until cooked through, about 7 inches per side.
