Introduction

Ingredients

    10 ounces organic vanilla soymilk
    2 tbsp Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein
    2 tbsp Whey Protein Isolate powder (I use unflavored or vanilla flavored - www.musclefeast.com)
    1 cup frozen mango chunks
    Optional: Truvia or any stevia sweetener

Directions

Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until the mango chunks are smooth.

Serving Size: makes 16 ounce serving
