Ingredients
-
1 and 3/4 TBSP Dry Pankcake Mix
1 tsp. buttery spread
2 and 1/2 TBSP Light Breakfast Syrup
1 meatless sausage patty, frozen
1/4 cup egg substitute (egg beaters)
1/2 slice 2% American Cheese
Directions
Microwave buttery spread until melted, about 10 seconds.
Add pancake mix and syrup, stir well.
Preheat skillet, sprayed with non-stick spray. Divide pancake mix into two small pancakes on pan. Let cook through, about 3 minutes each side. Remove from pan.
Re-spray pan if needed. Pour in egg substitute. Don't scramble, let cook, then carefully flip. Fold egg into half, and then half again, and place on one of the pancakes.
Wrap sausage patty in paper towel and microwave 30 seconds. Flip over, and microwave another 30 seconds. Very carefully, because it it hot, put sausage patty on top of egg. Place half-slice of cheese on top of sausage, and top it all off with the other pancake.
You may dip in additioned syrup, if you want (not included in nutritional stats)
