    Nut Meal (Mixed Nuts blended) 1.5 cup
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Coconut Milk, 1 cup
    Coconut, raw, .5 cup, shredded
    Protein Powder Muscle Milk, 98 gram(s)

Directions

blend mixed nuts in a food processor, combine with all other ingredients. Put in baking dish and bake on 350 for about 15 minutes.
