Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1/2 medium onion (chopped)
    1 box of sliced mushrooms
    1/2 TBSP I can't believe it's not butter
1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
    2 TBSP Pompeian Cooking Sherry
    Oregano (to taste)
    Basil (to taste)
    garlic salt (to taste)
    Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
    Black pepper (to taste)

Directions

Sautee onion and mushrooms in a skillet with "I can't believe it's not butter". Add garlic salt to onions and mushrooms. Add cooking sherry while sauteeing.
Once mushrooms are done and onions are opaque, stir in diced tomatoes (I drained them first b/c I don't like really runny sauce). Add oregano, basil, pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste. Cook until the sauce starts to boil, then remove from heat and serve over steamed broccoli or pasta!
