Ingredients

1 can condensed sodium reduced chicken broth(Add 1 1/2 can of water)
1 1/2 cups frozen corn
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced carrots
1 1/2 water
1 package dry scalloped potatoes
2 tsp dryed dill
1 can of Evaporated 2% milk
0.5 cup of all purpose flour
2 6oz cans of salmon
Directions
In a 3 1/2 or 4 quart slow cooker combine chicken broth, frozen corn, carrots, water, potato mix with seasoning packet, and dill.
Cook and cover on low heat for 6-8hrs or on high for 3-4hrs.
If using low setting turn to high. In a mixing bowl whisk together cream and flour. Gradually stir cream mixture in cooker. Gentally stir in salmon. Cover and cook for 20-30min more or until thickened.
