Introduction

Could add more protein powder to make it higher protein and take out the coconut and almonds to lower the fat content. Could add more protein powder to make it higher protein and take out the coconut and almonds to lower the fat content.

Ingredients

    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tsp vanilla extract
    1 cup quick oats
    1/3 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
    1/3 cup slivered almonds
    1 scoop chocolate protein powder

Directions

Boil the milk and peanut butter mixture until slightly thickened. Remove from heat, add vanilla and other ingredients. Spoon onto wax paper or mold them into a container and cut into bars later. Let cool and enjoy immediately or throw in the freezer for an on the go snack. Remember these are high calorie, do not eat them like cookies, one for a snack and a tall glass of water should be sufficient to tide you over until the next meal. Hope you like Spark friends!
