Ingredients

    1 cup + 2 tbsp Heart Smart Bisquick
    1/4 cup 1% milk
    1 lb lean ground beef
    2 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/2 cup egg beaters or other egg substitute
    2 cups shredded fat free cheddar cheese

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Mix 1 cup Bisquick and milk just until dough forms.
3) Transfer to floured surface, and knead 5 times.
4) Roll out into a circle and then place into 9" pie pan, pressing into pan and up sides.
5) Combine beef, onion, Worchestershire, and garlic; brown well.
6) Add remaining 2 tbsp Bisquick to beef mixture; transfer to pie shell.
7) Combine cheese and egg substitute; cover beef evenly with cheese mixture.
8) Bake 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 6 pie wedges

    Very Good
    I make this with store bought Pillsbury crust from the freezer section and it save some time and doesn't add to much to your calorie intake! My hubby and kids all like this one also! - 4/28/11
