Introduction

This is my version of what appears in the HG book 300 under 300. The difference is I used regualr ground turkey instead of lean. Plus I used 1 pound instead of 1 1/4. Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    2 cups of fresh mushrooms
    1 packet of beefy onion soup mix

Directions

Saute mushrooms(medium heat) in skillet until softened. Transfer to large bowl. Put in ground turkey and sprinkle soup mix on top. Using hands form mixture into 5 patties. Heat skillet(medium heat) and cook patties about 6 minutes on each side.

Serving Size: Makes 5 patties.
