Ingredients

    6 oz Italian bread, toasted and cut into bite size pieces
    Olive oil, 1/4 cup
    Garlic, 3 cloves minced
    Balsamic vinegar, 2 Tbsp
    Tomatoes, 4 ripe, cut into bite size pieces
    Red onion, 3/4 c chopped
    Basil, 10 leaves shredded
    Green olives, 10 - pitted and halved
    Fresh mozzarella, 8 oz cut into bite size pieces

Directions

Toss everything together - serve immediately.
