Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can low osdium chicken broth
    1 jar salsa (hot or mild according to taste)
    16 oz cooked, chopped chicken breast
    1 can beans (black, white or kidney)
    1/2 cup corn (frozen, fresh, or canned)
    1 cup of diced bell peppers (I use a combo of red, green, and yellow)
    1 dice jalapeno pepper (if desired)
    1 tablespoon of lime juice



Directions

Top with tortilla chips, avocado, sour cream, or cheese. Whatever your meal plan allows.
