Ingredients

    * *Sauce, Bertolli Tomato and Basil Spaghetti Sauce, 4 cup
    * *Progresso Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 2 cup
    * Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk, 2 cup, shredded
    * Egg white, 4 serving
    * *Chicken, Perdue Chicken breasts, 8 serving
    * *Parmasean Cheese (Grated 365), 4 tbsp
    * Olive Oil, Extra Virgin, 6 tbs

Directions

Add 3 tbs of olive oil to frying pan (add the rest of the oil as needed while cooking) & heat oil on medium. In a bowl scramble 1 egg (add the other egg as needed) & spread 1 cup of bread crumbs (add the rest as needed while coating) on a separate surface. Dip each piece of chicken in the egg & lay on bread crumbs (coating each side). Place chicken into the frying pan, frying about 7-10 mins on each side. Turn the oven onto broil. In a separate large dish, coat the bottom of pan with spaghetti sauce (save some to place over the top of the chicken!). Once chicken is cooked, lay on a few layers of paper towels, just enough to soak up extra oil. Once done, make a single layer of chicken in the dish, adding the rest of the sauce on top. Spread mozzarella cheese over the top. Place in oven until the cheese is melted & slightly browned.
