    3 1/5 C. Whole Wheat Flour
    2 T Baking Powder
    1/2 t. salt
    4 egg yolks
    3 1/2 C. milk
    1 C. oil
    4 egg whites

Directions

combine dry ingredients
combine wet ingredients except egg whites
in separate bowl whip egg whites 'till stiff peaks form
combine wet and dry then fold in egg whites
