Ingredients

    2 Cups - Chicken Breast Cooked and Cubed
    1/2 Cup - Celery, finely diced
    1/2 Cup - Light Sour Cream or Fat Free
    1/4 Cup - Miracle Whip or Light
    1/2 Cup - Cranberries
    1/4 Cup - Purple Onion - Finely diced
    1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and chopped
    1 tsp. Curry Powder
    1 Garlic Clove, pressed
    1/4 tsp. Sea Salt
    Bibb Lettuce or Tortilla Wrap

Directions

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, curry powder, pressed garlic and salt.

Add celery, apple, onion, chicken and cranberries to the sour cream mixture. Mix well.

Serving Size: Makes (8) 1/2 cup servings
