    12 oz chuck roast, cubes
    1 can low fat cream of mushroom soup
    2 cups beef broth
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    1/2 cup onion
    frozen mixed vegetable
    /12 cup cornstarch
    1/2 cup barley

Directions

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker, cook on low 10 hours.
