Introduction

No added oil granola with walnuts and currants. No added oil granola with walnuts and currants.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    3 cups rolled oats
    pinch of salt
    cinnamon .5 tsp
    .5 cup of maple syrup
    1 cup dried currants
    1 cup walnuts, chopped


Directions

Stir all ingredients except currants. Pour on to baking sheet to form a single layer. bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Stir. Bake another 10 - 12 minutes. Should be just starting to brown lightly. Stir again and cool. Add currants. Store in glass container.
