I am just using the recipe calculator for a concoction I made for an illustration of what manna may have tasted like when the children of Israel were in the wilderness and God fed them with manna which tasted like wafers with honey. Ingredients

    Honey, .75 cup (remove)
    Wheat, Hard Red Winter, .75 cup (remove)
    100% cold pressed organic virgin coconut oil-Green Pastur..., 5.333 tbsp (remove)
    Baking Soda, .75 tsp (remove)
    BioSALT - a balanced salt alternative, 1 serving (remove)

Directions

Melt coconut oil if it's a cool day, and mix all ingredients together. Put in baking pan and spread evenly around the pan.
Bake 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees F.
