Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Cans Albacore Tuna in water, drained
    1 Package Whole Wheat Egg Noodles
    1 Can tomatoes
    1 Cup Frozen Peas
    1 C Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese
    1 Can Condensed Cream of Celery Soup (98% fat free)
    1/4 C Bread Crumbs
    1/4 C Parmesan Cheese

Directions

Cook egg noodles to al dente.

In a baking dish, cut butter into squares and layer on bottom of pan. Put hot noodles on top of butter. Add tuna (flaked and drained), tomatoes, peas, cheddar cheese, condensed soup and mix ingredients together. Pat mixture flat into pan. Sprinkle bread crumbs and parmesan cheese on top of mixture.

Cook in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, until bubbly and top mixture is golden brown.

Makes 8 1 Cup Servings.
