Introduction

Take off of another spark recipe, made to be a protein booster. Take off of another spark recipe, made to be a protein booster.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 6oz Yoplait Greek 2X Protein Yogurt
    1 large banana
    2 T Jif Peanut Butter with Honey
    1/2 cup Fat Free Skim Milk
    4 ice cubes

Directions

Blend all ingredients well in a blender. If you prefer sweeter you can add more honey or sweetener of your choice. Next time I plan to add a touch of cocoa powder as well!

Serving Size: 2 servings approx. 6-8 oz. each
