Ingredients

    *Hilshire Farm Turkey Polska Kielbasa, 14 oz (remove)
    *cheese, shredded, reduced fat 4 cheese mexican (Sargento), 1.5 cup (remove)
    Light Cream, 1.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
    *Egg Beater Garden Vegetables (1/4 cup), 4 serving
    *1.5 tsp dry mustard
    *salt and pepper to taste

Directions

beat eggs, cream, 1.5 tsp dry mustard, and salt/pepper to taste in a large bowl. Whip until smooth. Add hilshire farm cut into cubes, diced peppers and 1 cup of the shredded cheese. Mix well. Pour into 9x13 and bake for 45 min. Remove and add .5 cup of cheese and let stand five minutes for cheese to melt.
